1. Is there a set-up cost involved?
Depending on your chosen plan and contract length, set-up charges may vary. For Fixed Wireless plans, one of our qualified technicians will need to install antenna equipment at your home. Your installation fee covers the cost of this equipment installation. We’ll contact you to schedule a time for our technicians to attend, and someone over the age of 18 will need to be at home.
2. Do I need a new modem?
Your requirements may vary depending on the compatibility of your existing equipment with the chosen services. We recommend speaking to our friendly sales team if you are not sure about your requirements.
3. What if I am moving home?
